Hubei Xinye Steel Pipe Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was newly founded in December 2024. It is a new high-end manufacturing enterprise integrating the R&D, production and sales of medium and high-end seamless steel pipes. Formerly the seamless steel pipe plant of Daye Xinye Special Steel Co., Ltd., it underwent technical transformation and industrial upgrading, and was spun off as a wholly-owned subsidiary. It is classified as an enterprise engaged in metal structure manufacturing.
The company boasts solid strength, with over 1,000 employees and a site area of more than 1,200 mu. Its core products cover a full range of seamless steel pipes with outer diameters ranging from φ38mm to φ530mm in diverse series, varieties and specifications. The products are widely applied in pipeline pipes (hydrogen transmission, gas transmission), gas cylinder tubes, petroleum, chemical industry, thermal power, high-pressure boilers, offshore engineering, hydraulic prop tubes, mechanical processing, large building structures and other fields.
The company currently inherits three original seamless steel pipe production lines from the seamless pipe plant of Daye Xinye Special Steel Co., Ltd., namely the 140-unit, 273-unit and 325-unit mills. It also operates two newly upgraded three-roll continuous pipe rolling lines with specifications of 127mm and 159mm revamped by Daye Xinye Special Steel Co., Ltd. These lines can manufacture medium and high-end seamless steel pipes with an outer diameter of φ38mm to 273mm and wall thickness from 3mm to 25mm. The 325mm precision pipe rolling line is capable of producing thin and medium-wall pipes ranging from 273mm to 530mm in outer diameter and 6mm to 30mm in wall thickness.
