The main equipment is manufactured by CISDI Group. The production line is equipped with world-class advanced process facilities including vertical cone roll piercing mill, 6-stand three-roll retained mandrel continuous tube rolling mill and 24-stand reducing mill.
It adopts a fully highly automated control system covering process control models, computer-aided rolling process design & application system, high-response servo hydraulic roll gap control and data acquisition system, as well as high-speed heavy-duty front and rear handling technology, advanced tube tapering rolling technology for continuous tube rolling mills, online inspection equipment such as length measuring devices and magnetic flux leakage detectors, together with L2 and L3 process computer management systems.
The system realizes piece-by-piece tracking and measurement of key process and dimensional parameters throughout the steel tube production process, with real-time automatic control, guaranteeing the production of high-quality seamless steel tubes.

Also integrated are high-speed heavy-duty front and rear transfer technology, advanced tube tapering rolling technology for continuous tube mills, online inspection devices such as length measurement units and magnetic flux leakage testing equipment, as well as Level 2 and Level 3 process computer management systems.
The system enables piece-by-piece tracking and measurement of key process and dimensional parameters during steel tube production, along with real-time automatic regulation, so as to guarantee the manufacture of premium-quality seamless steel tubes.
