Hubei Xinye Steel Pipe Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was newly founded in December 2024. It is a new high-end manufacturing enterprise integrating the R&D, production and sales of medium and high-end seamless steel pipes. Formerly the seamless steel pipe plant of Daye Xinye Special Steel Co., Ltd., it underwent technical transformation and industrial upgrading, and was spun off as a wholly-owned subsidiary. It is classified as an enterprise engaged in metal structure manufacturing.

Oil casing & tubing

Oil casing and tubing are seamless steel pipes dedicated to oil and gas extraction, divided into two categories: casing and tubing. Manufactured to API 5CT standard, they are available in full specifications and various steel grades.

Pipeline

The pipes are used for oil and gas gathering, as well as transportation of crude oil, natural gas and produced water, to construct surface pipeline networks, cross-regional long-distance trunk lines and subsea transmission pipelines.

Hydraulic Prop Pipe

Hydraulic prop tubes are high-precision seamless steel pipes specially used for coal mine hydraulic supports and construction machinery cylinders.

Structural Pipe

Seamless structural steel tubes are suitable for load-bearing structural applications including machinery manufacturing, steel structure engineering, bridge infrastructure, vehicle frames and equipment supports.

Oil casing & tubing

Oil and casing pipes are seamless steel tubes specially used for oil and gas extraction, consisting of two product categories: casings and tubing, manufactured in compliance with API 5CT standard with a full range of sizes and multiple steel grades available.

Pipeline

Line pipes are dedicated steel tubes for oil & gas gathering and long-distance transportation, manufactured to API 5L specification with two product specification levels PSL1 and PSL2. A full range of outer diameters is available, covering multiple steel grades including L245, L360, X60, X70 and X80, with complete seamless, longitudinal submerged arc welded and spiral welded pipe options.

Hydraulic Prop Pipe

Hydraulic prop tubes are high-precision seamless steel pipes specially for coal mine hydraulic supports and engineering machinery oil cylinders, adopting special alloy materials such as 27SiMn with complete specifications and uniformly controlled wall thickness.

Structural Pipe

Structural seamless steel pipes are applied for load-bearing structures including machinery manufacturing, steel structure projects, bridge infrastructure and vehicle frames, complying with GB/T 8162 standard. A variety of carbon and alloy steel grades such as 20#, 45#, Q355 and 42CrMo are available with complete outer diameter and wall thickness specifications.

Gas Cylinder Tube

Seamless steel tubes for gas cylinders are special pipes for high-pressure gas storage vessels, manufactured in accordance with GB/T 13483 standard. High-strength alloy steel grades including 34CrMo4, 37Mn and 34Mn2V are available with a full range of outer diameter and wall thickness specifications.

Boiler Tube

Seamless boiler tubes are specially developed for pressure-bearing working conditions of boilers, heat exchangers and power station pipelines, complying with standards including GB/T 5310 and GB/T 20801. High-pressure boiler-specific steel grades such as 20G, 15CrMoG and 12Cr1MoVG are stocked with a complete range of dimensions.

Line Pipe

Line pipes are special steel pipes for long-distance transportation of oil, gas and media, manufactured in accordance with API 5L specification with two product specification levels PSL1 and PSL2. Multiple production processes including seamless pipe, longitudinal welded pipe and spiral welded pipe are available, covering a full series of steel grades such as L245, L360, X60, X70 and X80 with complete outer diameter and wall thickness specifications.
